Welcome to Obliging Care Pty Ltd. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Obliging Care Pty Ltd we provide support services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to clients These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services.

2. Services

We offer a range of support services tailored to meet the needs of our clients under the NDIS. The specific services provided will be outlined in your Service Agreement.

3. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria outlined in their respective NDIS plans.

4. Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your privacy and confidentiality. All personal information provided to us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and NDIS requirements.

5. Fees and Payments

The fees for our services will be outlined in your Service Agreement. Payments are due as specified in the agreement and in accordance with NDIS guidelines. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

If you wish to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 2 weeks’ notice of period in advance. Refunds will be provided in accordance with the terms specified in your Service Agreement and NDIS guidelines.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information to us and to notify us of any changes to your circumstances that may affect the provision of services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services at our discretion. You may also terminate the services by providing written notice as specified in your Service Agreement.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to you and will take effect immediately upon posting.
