We provide support to individuals with disabilities covered by the National Disability Insurance Scheme in Australia. Our services help with obtaining and retaining appropriate accommodation, applying for rental tenancy, and fulfilling tenancy obligations.

• 0104 - Assist Personal Activities High

Specifically for clients in high support positions. This mostly involves a carer staying at the client’s residency overnight to provide intense services such as cleaning, bathing and dressing. We can reassure that our careers are highly experienced in all areas of support so we can guarantee that you or your family are in safe hands.

• 0106 - Assist-Life Stage, Transition

We will work with your multidisciplinary team to create a holistic circle around you as you transition through different life stages. Your Allied health team, clinical team, family, carers and your community.

• 0107 - Assist-Personal Activities

• 0108 - Assist-Travel/Transport (travel arrangements)

This is especially so for clients whose disability makes it difficult to access transport. We can provide funding for clients to access taxis, rideshares, community vehicles, and other appropriate transport methods. Depending on support level, a support worker can accompany the client with their travel needs through public transport or their own vehicle. • 0114 - Community Nursing Care

We provide in-home nursing care services to people accepted into the NDIS. We help them with their day-to-day tasks. We also help them with personal hygiene tasks like showering and brushing their teeth. We work closely with our client’s families, friends and other carers to ensure we provide the right level of support for each person.

• 0115 - Daily Tasks/Shared Living

Assistance With Daily Tasks/Shared Living focuses on developing and enhancing domestic skills that allow clients to live autonomously. Development Of Daily Living And Life Skills focuses on training the client to develop skills that can increase their ability to live independently, as well as participating in community activities.
